Axios

Working with the internal engineering team at Axios through Launch, I supported two large projects:
 

• the migration of the entire Axios website (including a custom CMS) to a services-oriented monorepo
• the launch of Axios Local, a network of Axios microsites presenting local news in the characteristic Axios “Smart Brevity” style.

I specifically worked alongside the Storytelling & Publishing team, helping to build out the custom CMS used by journalists and editors across the company and the country. After a year there I transitioned to another team where I helped build a content collation tool allowing journalists to group stories into larger "Big thing" narratives.
